I’ve been lucky enough to experience personal chef Steve’s outstanding culinary skills first hand. He came over to my place to cook for a dinner party and seemingly effortlessly produced some of the best (and prettiest) food I’ve ever tasted. I didn’t have to do a thing, apart from enjoy it – and accept all the compliments for such a fab evening.
Getting Steve over to do the same for you couldn’t be simpler. Just decide on your evening – where, when and how many guests, from a small supper to a huge party. Then choose what you’d like to eat from one of Steve’s seasonal menus. He can adapt or replace dishes according to your preferences or dietary requirements or create a completely bespoke menu.
On the day, Steve arrives a few hours before your event, bringing with him everything single thing he needs, including napkins, crockery and cutlery. He even sets the table. You just need to provide the wine and glasses. After he’s cooked and served the food, he’ll clear away and wash up too, leaving the kitchen clean and tidy.
And the food? We’re talking fine dining here, so beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – as you’d expect from the winner of Lux magazine’s Best Contemporary Dining Experience in the South West (the latest in his long list of awards).
Ingredients are locally sourced, so local in fact, that the eggs are laid by Steve’s own chickens. Each dish is stunning (your guests will take pix).
Book him for a supper with friends, catering for any type of party or celebration including hen nights (he’ll mix you cocktails for each course and works with Butlers in the Buff *cough*), stag weekends, corporate events, splendid meals if you’re renting a holiday cottage – whatever.
