Famous for their super flattering cut, sophisticated yet effortless style, her dresses combine traditional tailoring with innovative fabrics, techniques and shades of colour – pink, platinum, ivory – as well as classic white. With her 2020 Enamour collection just launched, who better to ask for this year’s most beautiful bridal trends?
1 | Exaggerated puff sleeves
‘Thea’ is pure fairytale, with the fullest of full skirts and fabulously flamboyant puff sleeves made from the lightest tulle and crystal hand smocked cuffs (and bodice to match). The ballgown comes without the sleeves too, but why would you, honestly?
2 | Ombré organza
See how the pastel pink colour at the top of the skirt, near the waist-clinching bustier, fades away to ivory? The ombré effect is subtle and stunning. With its plunging V neckline and high neck at the back, was ‘Phillipa’ inspired by Kate Middleton – or Grace Kelly?
3 | Sequin florals
Cherry blossoms sparkling on a blush ballgown, ‘Alicia’ is a dress for brides who want to challenge traditions. Gorgeous.
4 | Diaphanous layered skirts
It’s frothy man. Layer upon layer of light-as-a-feather tulle ballgown skirt teamed with an appliqued lace bodice. Could ‘Angelica’ be any more romantic?
