<p>The sauna and cold water plunge combo – &#8216;contrast therapy&#8217; – has all sorts of health benefits for your heart, immune system, brain and more but it&#8217;s also a really fun thing to do with your friends, plus you get to wear cute little hats (they help to regulate your body temp) and possibly whipped with birch branches. </p>

<p>Into the woods you go for a Forest Sauna &amp; Plunge at the Happy River Retreat in Wareham Forest. Relax in the heat, brave the cold plunge or the jungle shower&nbsp;– and repeat – all the while surrounded by bird song and nature *awww*.
