The official photographer at the Dorset & Somerset Muddy Awards 2022 drinks party, Bella West takes simply stunning photos.

The Dorset and Cornwall-based photographer specialises in natural light photography to create evocative, documentary style images with a fine art feel.

Quietly confident, unobtrusive and observant, she captures people and atmosphere brilliantly and gets great shots that tell a story.

Portraits are shot on location rather than in a studio, utilising the elements and the environment, resulting in striking images that say something about the sitter rather than just being pretty pictures (though they are).

Highly regarded within the profession, Bella’s work takes her around the world not only as an image maker but as a lecturer and judge and she holds a Fellowship with the British Institute of Professional Photography with a collection of natural light portraits of children.
