The Morrish & Banham team live, breathe – and drink – wine. Believing that wine should be enjoyed, accessible to everyone and fun (hear! hear!), they’ve handpicked (and personally tested) a collection of excellent wines from around the world to suit every taste, occasion and budget.

Established in 2015, the independent wine merchant supplies many of the area’s top restaurants, pubs and cafes, has shops and tasting rooms in Dorchester’s Brewery Square and in Bridport, as well as an online wine store.

They’re incredibly knowledgeable. Founder, Mark, has over 30 years’ experience, having passed his Wine & Spirit Education Trust diploma (one of the highest standards of knowledge within the wine industry) at the tender age of 21. Other team members are currently working through the same qualification; some are already real experts in their field. There are regular tutored evening wine (and gin) tasting events if you want to extend your own knowledge.

They’re passionate but not poncy.  Everyone shares a love and enjoyment of wine and a genuine desire to match the right bottle to the right customer.
