What: MasterChef critic and Telegraph columnist William Sitwell invites great chefs to come and cook as he hosts supper clubs, wine tastings and other foodie events in a cosy converted cow shed at his family home near Exmoor. 



Next up: Private chef George ‘The Greek’ Panayiotides cooks his favourite dishes of Cyprus, including slow-cooked, marinated lamb from the wood-fired oven, skewers of chicken and pork over the embers, and octopus in red wine.

What: Great British Menu chef Emily Lampson worked all over Italy, Australia, in London, at The Fat Duck in Bray and her own multi award-winning dining pub, The Kingham Plough in Oxfordshire, before returning home to Dorset. She now hosts two themed supper clubs a month – could be Asian, Italian, Moroccan, Spanish – at the family farm, with guests sharing a long table and more than 10 delicious shared dishes. 



Next up: A Taste of Italy, focusing on the northern region Trentino-Alto Adige, giving an alpine feel to the menu including fresh truffles and cheeses from the area.

What: Take a seat at one very long dining table in a beautiful old cow barn in the Sparkford home of renowned culinary duo Jules and Steve Horrell (At the Chapel, Babington House, Roth Bar &amp; Grill), for a four-course, menu-free, sharing meal cooked over fire in an outdoor kitchen.



Next up: You could be noshing on whipped smoked cod’s roe, garden radish and mackerel crumb; butterflied leg of home reared lamb, rosemary &amp; garlic; Chapa-grilled garden fruit with home churned ice cream – it all depends on what’s been harvested or come in that day.

What: When she&#8217;s not on BBC Radio 2 as Chef of the Week (did you hear her on the Sara Cox show?), Lucy Rollins hosts seasonal pop up supper clubs around Frome. Expect a four-course, feasting style menu with sharing plates and platters to pass along the table, always finishing with a West Country cheese paired with a glass of Somerset Pomona (an apple juice and cider brandy combo aged in a cask).



Next up: The Spring Supper Club includes soused mackerel (above), griddled baby leeks and asparagus, slow roasted short rib (or rolled aubergine) and egg custard tart.

What: Like its famed breakfasts and brunches (from full Indian breakfasts to Korean Kimchi hotdogs), Rooted’s monthly supper clubs serve up experimental veggie and vegan food inspired by the owners’ multicultural heritage. 



Next up: Grilled asparagus with XO Hong Kong dressing, spring vegetable broth, fried polenta, pineapple upside down cake&nbsp;– and a passion fruit gin fizz.
