Buy online or visit to buy freshly cut and dried flowers Mon to Sat 9&nbsp;am –5.30pm; Sun 10am – 5pm. The Farmyard Kitchen is open every day.</p>

<p>Established in 2010, Common Farm Flowers was at the forefront of the revival of interest in British flowers. As well as sending beautiful bouquets by post and wedding flowers, Georgie runs workshops and day courses<strong> </strong>–<strong> </strong>some of them online –&nbsp;and blissful sounding floral retreats. </p>

<p>The Trehane Blueberry PYO farm has branched to grow all kinds of cut flowers, with floristry workshops, classes, demos as well as putting together flowers for weddings and events. The Flower Barn Café will keep you fed and watered. </p>

<p>Pick your own seasonal flowers –  including spectacular dahlias – in the grounds of a medieval abbey, with drinks, homemade cakes and Baboo Gelato to keep you from wilting. Also for sale:  plants, cut flowers, vases to put them in, gifts and cards. Open for pick your own from March to late October every day except Mondays (they they&#8217;re onto Christmas wreaths).  Hen parties, evening PYO and lots of events throughout the year.</p>

<p>Close your eyes and breathe in the scent from the lavender fields, which come into bloom roughly from mid June to the end of August, and imagine you&#8217;re in Provence. From the late August to September, it&#8217;s time for the sunflowers. The farm shop is stocked with lavender-based stuff and you can stuff yourself with homemade cakes in their cafe. Free to enter. <p>The family-run flower farm in the heart of the glorious Blackdown Hills opens its doors in the summer for pick-your-own summer flowers events, including coffee, cake and PYO afternoons, cream tea, bubbles, PYO and afternoon tea and yoga in the flowers. From Sat 19 July.   </p>
