<p>The &#8216;Woodstock of Wellness&#8217; is a three-day festival celebrating health, nature and wellness at the wonderful Larmer Tree Gardens on the Dorset/Wilts borders. Alongside all kinds of yoga, pilates and other restorative practices, you&#8217;ll find samba drumming circles, intuitive painting sessions, slow stitching, a literary garden, ecstatic dance, plus people like Kirsty Gallagher.  </p>

Expect immersive experiences (saunas and cold plunges, Wim Hoff breathwork, energy vitality workshops); full spectrum yoga; music from Madame Gandhi; DJ sets; root-to-flame nosh;  treatments; climate and conscious living workshops; poetry and storytelling. </p>

<p>A celebration of nature and wellness set in a 100-acre forest with a peaceful lake and stunning sunset views, between mystical Glastonbury and Stonehenge (natch). As well as drumming circles, a cacao ceremony, qi gong, yoga, sound healing, sauna, forest bathing, wild swimming et al, there&#8217;s foraging, herbalism, and talks on permaculture, homesteading and sustainability.</p>

<p>Get your boots on for the four-day walking festival which takes in Dancing Ledge, Old Harry Rocks, Fossil walks, Corfe Castle and more, with talks, demos and a BBQ and a band finale. You can do a day, the weekend or the whole lot.</p>
